PPS-075 is a flexible rockfall interception and mitigation system composed of steel mesh, support ropes, energy dissipation rings, and a fixed system, such as steel post, anchor rods, tension ropes, etc. This system is generally installed in the buffer zone below steep slopes, and utilized for intercepting falling rock and debris, thus ensuring the safety of pedestrians, vehicles, and constructions in the protected area. It can also be used for the prevention and control of natural disasters such as debris flow and avalanches by intercepting solid materials like rocks, snow blocs and tree branches, thereby reducing the threat to the objects downstream.
